These pancakes are gluten free (buckwheat based). They have 2 of my favorite secret weapons lion’s mane mushrooms and rhodiola We joke that lion’s mane is nature’s Adderal but it truly is excellent for focus and memory. And rhodiola is an adaptogen that has been shown to moderate cortisol levels.
BrainCakes are also Kosher, organic and you just need to add water to make them. I love them served with this syrup.
Instructions: Whisk mix with water (or your favorite plant-based milk). Cook the batter over medium-low heat (300 degrees) for approximately 3 minutes on each side or until cooked through
