ILA Ceylon Cinnamon

We believe you can judge a book (and a wine or food product) by its cover. But Ila cinnamon has more to offer than gorgeousness. It can reduce your appetite, balance your blood sugar and boost your immune system. We mainline cinnamon whenever anyone is sick in our midst. The majority of cinnamon in stores is the inferior cassia cinnamon. Ceylon is a much healthier form, and worth it.

Try cinnamon in your coffee, smoothies, yogurt or as a rub for poultry or meat. Aim for ¼ to ½ tsp of cinnamon daily.
