As we await the arrival of our updated B-sane – our very popular B complex vitamin coming back in January, we have gotten our other favorite B Complex in stock to hold us over and to make sure all you B-sane lovers are still getting a top-notch B supp. As the name indicates, B-complex vitamins are a combination of all your B vitamins. If you eat a vegetarian or vegan diet, consume alcohol regularly, are over 50, or have conditions such as PCOS, RA, or UC, you likely need a B supplement. B vitamins are important for brain health, energy, metabolism, hormone production and heart health. You don’t store B vits in your body, so you need a consistent supply.

Take 1 capsule, 1-2 times daily, with meals.

Each vegetarian capsule contains:
