Greenbow Bee Pollen
Bee pollen has a lot of applications. For Foodtrainers’ purposes, we chose bee pollen for 3 reasons. First, it’s anti-inflammatory. Second, a component in bee pollen acts as an appetite suppressant. Finally, lecithin in pollen helps with both weight loss and cholesterol management. Blend into your smoothies and salad dressings, or use as a topping on chia & smoothie bowls.
How to use: Start with ½ tsp and go up to 1 Tbsp/day
*If you have severe pollen allergies you may want to start slowly
