But not all olive oil is created equal. This olive oil from Kosterina is cold pressed in small batches from a single blend of early harvest Koroneiki olives grown in southern Greece. It’s is rich in healthy polyphenols with it’s polyphenol content measuring in at over 450mg/kg! (average EVOOS clock in around 55mg/kg). The more polyphenols, the more beneficial it is for your gut health, brain, heart and weight. Plus this is one of the most delicious olive oils we’ve tasted, Kosterina describes it as a robust flavor with a signature peppery finish. And it looks so pretty sitting out on your kitchen counter!
