Foodtrainers® "B-sane" is a B-complex supplement containing the eight B vitamins. Low levels of B vitamins have been linked to increased symptoms of depression and anxiety. Plus, certain common meds such as birth control and metformin are known to deplete B vitamins. B vitamins are beneficial for PMS and Perimenopause symptoms and pregnancy. They play a role in your energy levels and brain health. They're also suggested for older adults, who need higher amounts of B-vitamins.
