Jacob Protein Bar – Vanilla Chip

I first tried these at one of my favorite markets in Miami, Basquet. We’re excited to stock them the Foodtrainers’ shop. Jacob bars have 20 grams of protein. We love that there’s a mix of whey and collagen. They’re sweetened with honey. The simple ingredient list includes tallow. Tallow is a health fat, it aids in the absorption of other nutrients and it’s extremely satiating.
