Say hello to lion's mane, nature’s Adderal. This beautiful mushroom vastly improves focus and memory. Our brain function declines with age but we’re finding the stress, due to covid, leaves us feeling more foggy than focused. In research, lion’s mane shows a slight improvement in symptoms of depression. You can use lion’s mane as needed for a brain boost or use it daily to help prevent neurodegeneration.

How to use: add ½ tsp to coffee or smoothies when you need a brain boost.

If you are allergic to mushrooms, please do not take lion's mane. As with most supplements, we'd avoid using lion's mane if you are on blood thinners. And simply because there isn’t research, we suggest skipping lion’s mane mushrooms if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding (and skipping magic mushrooms too).
