From what we consider the best carbs to condiments, fruits to “fabulous” fats, as well as conscious cocktails. We also name names and include our favorite brands for suggested foods. We far prefer this easy format to an app. Each log book will last for 12 weeks. As we say to clients, the better you log, the better you’ll lose.
