Histamine intolerance (HIT) is the term for a type of food intolerance, with associated symptoms and reactions, that occurs because of ingested histamine. This is less severe than an allergic reaction. Some people can tolerate high histamine foods and beverages, without side effects. But if you lack the enzyme to break down histamines, histamine rises in the body and reactions occur. Common symptoms include hives, skin flushing, throat clearing, itchy ears or mouth, a runny nose, and digestive issues. Taking Histamine Block with your meals replenishes the enzyme to break down histamines, DAO, helping to metabolize excess histamine. This can provide digestive relief by facilitating a healthy response to high-histamine foods.

How to take: Take 1 capsule, as needed, just prior to consuming high histamine foods or drinks.

Key Ingredients: Diamine oxidase (DAO): The primary enzyme that metabolizes histamine in your body, Vitamin C: Plays a crucial role in DAO production and a healthy inflammatory response

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian capsule (hypromellose, water, and gellan gum), and ascorbyl palmitate.

Free Of: Eggs, Fish, Gluten, GMO, Milk, Peanuts, Shellfish, Soy, Tree Nuts, Wheat, Artificial Colors, Artificial Flavors, and Artificial Preservatives
