Multi-Probiotic® 40 Billion

We’re semi-obsessed with gut health at Foodtrainers. This Multi-Probiotic 40 Billion has the 2 probiotic strains most often associated with weight and fat loss. It also has one strain that’s incredibly immune-boosting. And due to your requests, this probiotic has our favorite prebiotic. Prebiotics “feed” probiotics making them more effective.

You don’t NEED to refrigerate this but it will last even longer if you do.

How to take: Best to take on an empty stomach - research has shown probiotics are better able to colonize overnight while the gut is not doing as much so we suggest taking Multi-Probiotic before bed. If you're new to probiotics start with 1 capsule, if taken before, 2 is the recommended dosage.

Please note: These probiotics are intended to be stored inside the bottle with the desiccant provided. The capsule can be pulled from the bottle and put into a packet or container for use that day while on the go, but greater than this can decrease viability of the product.

Please check with your doctor if pregnant. In general, we support a probiotic supplement during pregnancy but not kombucha or raw ACV.
