Foodtrainers® Gutsier

Introducing Gutsier, a probiotic that specifically helps with weight loss and blood sugar. This unique probiotic is tailored for optimal digestive balance, weight management and colon health. Gutsier contains live strains of Akkermansia muciniphila AH39, which stimulates GLP release.

Other beneficial strains in Gutsier include:

• Bifidobacterium animalis HN019 which improves bowel regularity
• Bifidobacterium animalis B420 this strain has been shown to support healthy body composition and promote healthy glucose metabolism
• Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG which affects appetite-regulating hormones and fat metabolism, potentially leading to a reduction in fat mass.
• Clostridium butyricum- via butyrate it helps with insulin sensitivity and blood sugar.

Gutsier is meant to complement not replace your traditional probiotic. Gutsier goes beyond a traditional probiotic.

How to take: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, ideally breakfast or lunch. If using alongside other supplements, space at least 1 hour from antimicrobial herbs or medications to avoid unintended interference. Use Gutsier in addition to Multi Probiotic 40 Billion.

Please note: These probiotics are intended to be stored inside the bottle with the desiccant provided. The capsule can be pulled from the bottle and put into a packet or container for use that day while on the go, but greater than this can decrease viability of the product.

Other ingredients: Digestive resistant capsule (hypromellose, gellan gum), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica.
