In honor of Halloween, this week’s Foodtrainers’ podcast is all about sugar. We have a little fun talking about our childhood favorites. Carolyn was a Rolo girl, Lauren was Hot Tamale and “better” substitutes for dye-filled faves. But we also talk about how real and tough sugar addiction is.
