As you may know, our Foodtrainers’ taste testing knows no bounds. While clients and sessions make our office world go round, seeking out product newness and sampling is our favorite distraction. Today we sent our February Newsletter out. If you’re not signed up, do so here. We spilled the beans on our fave new chocolate, anti-stress gummies and Bliss Booster. There are a lot of powders and potions we like for their health benefits. They’re not always the delicious-est. Bliss Booster is.

It’s a blend of cacao, cinnamon, cayenne and maca. The company’s website calls it a “mood enhancer, hormone balancer and aphrodisiac.”

And for this 20-something degree day in NYC,

Moondeli’s Adaptongenic Hot Chocolate:

Use:
1 cup of nut milk (I’m loving Milkadamia)

2 teaspoons Bliss Booster

1 tsp of your fave sweetener, I 6 drops of NuStevia.

Directions
Warm nut milk in a small saucepan. Remove from heat. Add Bliss Booster and sweetener and whisk to combine. Serve in your favorite tonic vessel and enjoy.

What are your fave new food discoveries? Anything we should check out?

Have a great weekend!
