Before we get to our weekend wrap up or “RAW”, there’s some newness to fill you in on. We have launched Foodtrainers’ first private label supplements. We also have a new tea and loose tea travel mug. You can read all about these in our newsletter  and be sure you’re signed up for our newsletters, so you’re the first to hear our nutrition news.

Lauren
Read– for pleasure I read the Silent Patient. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars on Goodreads. I’m new to GR, let me know if you’re on it.
I also purchased GP’s new cookbook, The Clean Plate. I’ll have more on that once I test some of the recipes.

Ate– kicked off the weekend with the lost delish Irish coffee (and green juice) with C at Nougatine. Yesterday, I semi-successfully poached eggs.

Watched- not much. I did get a kick out of Nailed it sort of the outtake version of the male shows.

Carolyn
Read: are you sick of us that were the same person (me and Lauren), I also started Silent Patient (Lauren got me book of the month club so don’t be surprised we have overlap in the future). Also reading The Rules Of Magic.

Ate: Faro in Brooklyn, yum. And I don’t think I’ve mentioned my go-to west village spot, The Wild Son, where I get the all-day every day salad with an egg and avocado- (I go there almost all day every day). Bonus points that the bartenders & waiters love to talk nutrition.

Watched: I went with my friends to company xiv, a burlesque ballet in Bushwick. Super fun. Also, I saw the Warhol exhibit at the Whitney. And I’m binging on Downton Abbey at the moment; I know I’m so late to the game.
What have you been reading, eating and watching? We seriously want to know.
